DOAR Announces Acquisition of Expert Search Group, LLC

NEW YORK, July 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- DOAR, Inc., a global litigation strategy and expert consulting company, announces the acquisition of Expert Search Group, LLC, an expert witness referral company based in Pensacola, FL. Expert Search Group ("ESG") will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of DOAR. Cynthia Scheltema, one of ESG's founders, will continue to oversee ESG's operations and will join DOAR as its Affiliate Manager, responsible for managing the company's affiliation with industry and subject-matter experts who work in conjunction with DOAR's litigation strategy consulting teams.

DOAR's acquisition of ESG provides the company with a team of industry veterans who understand the value that expert witnesses bring to the litigation process and who know how to identify and qualify experts for various types of cases. ESG also gives DOAR an entrée into a much larger segment of the legal market by providing a lower-cost, flat fee service that is more suitable for smaller budget cases.
