WorkSpace Manager Desktop is downloadable today and ready to make thousands of jobs substantially more efficient.
WorkSpace Manager Desktop is a modular client-side add-in to DeskSite or FileSite that allows "authorized users" (which can be defined multiple different ways) to make changes to WorkSpace structures or security. Users do not need WorkSite role privileges in order to use the tool to perform necessary operations. WorkSpace Manager Desktop works with existing WorkSpaces regardless of how they were created.
DocAuto has provided a simple, user-friendly interface that can be pre-configured and locked down for easy use by even the most non-technical of users.

- Security Module: Multi-tier security management on a WorkSpace-by-WorkSpace basis.
- Optional Structures Module: Authorized users may add structures from approved templates, lists, or types of Tabs, Folders, and Searches, in any hierarchical design.
- WorkSpace Hybridization Module: Drives WorkSpace Manager jobs to do more powerful reconstruction of a WorkSpace, and captures audit trail information about which users have triggered any specific kind of WorkSpace processing or reprocessing using WorkSpace Manager.
- User-Driven Metadata Management Module: Allows users to add data to WorkSite look-up validation tables and apply multiple values from a single WorkSite table to a specific WorkSpace. These operations can also trigger WorkSpace Manager jobs to restructure the WorkSpace or change security.
