Brother customers can utilize its family of scanners and Multi-Function Center® devices, including the new ImageCenter™ ADS-2500W scanner and MFC-J4510DW all-in-one printer, to move documents from paper to the cloud. Once the document is delivered to the DocuLex Archive Studio via the Brother cloud service, users can manage diverse content types from a secure, indexed and searchable electronic repository, virtually anytime and from anywhere. To simplify paper-to-digital conversion, Brother offers its unique one-touch pull scan feature, usable directly from within the DocuLex Archive Studio, allowing users to securely scan and send documents to the cloud with the touch of one single button on the user interface. The DocuLex Archive Studio also offers users a full suite of document management, records management and email management capabilities, for a virtually unlimited mailbox and document repository, all via a 100 percent browser-based application.
