Document Security Systems Announces Stockholder Approval of Proposed Merger with Lexington Technology Group
ROCHESTER, N.Y., June 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Document Security Systems, Inc. (NYSE MKT: DSS), a leading developer of anti-counterfeiting, anti-fraud and authentication technologies for governments, corporations and financial institutions, announced today that DSS stockholders voted in favor of the merger of DSS and Lexington Technology Group (LTG).
The detailed voting results of the June 20, 2013 Special Meeting of Stockholders will be contained in a form 8k to be filed with the SEC on June 21, 2013.

The members of the board of directors will be designated by DSS and LTG.
