SAN FRANCISCO, April 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- DOCUSIGN MOMENTUM '16 Marking a year of significant advancements across its core eSignature and Digital Transaction Management (DTM) offerings, DocuSign, Inc. today unveiled its Spring '16 Release, introducing new products, robust developer tools, and enhancements to security, accessibility and compliance.

The DocuSign Spring '16 Release – part of the company's regular cadence of product updates – includes the launch of DocuSign Transaction Rooms for Financial Services, a new offering that brings people together in a secure digital space to manage and complete complex transactions quickly and easily.

It also sees the launch of the DocuSign Signature Appliance for customers in regulated industries; a new line up of sandbox offerings for developers; and improved administration and accessibility functionality for enterprise and smaller companies alike.

Signing vital documents electronically has increasingly become the norm in many organizations around the world, but the process of bringing multiple people together to prepare, coordinate and complete multistage agreements leading up to the signature remains an enormous challenge.

"That's exactly the problem that DocuSign Transaction Rooms for Financial Services was designed to solve – and we worked with more than 50 of our financial services customers to help shape the product and its functionality to exceed their expectations," said Malden.

Within a room, participants can add and review contracts, share supporting documents, make comments, manage the various stages of workflow, and ultimately get those documents signed. With intelligent email notifications and a personalized, task-based signing experience, signers receive a consolidated summary of the contracts they need to complete – easing inbox clutter and speeding up transaction times.

The product builds on the company’s years of expertise with DocuSign Transaction Rooms for Real Estate – where thousands of brokers and hundreds of thousands of agents completed almost 3 million transactions just last year.

Developer Capabilities: In addition to the free development sandbox, DocuSign is launching two advanced offerings that enable developers to test their code and workflows at scale – including options for surge testing in a safe environment – before deploying to production. This builds on the new API plans and open source SDKs rolled out late last year, as well as the new Developer Center that launched last month, offering tools and resources for building everything from simple eSignature applications to sophisticated line of business solutions and workflows.

Advanced Administration Module: A highly-requested set of features, the Advanced Administration Module includes improved Single Sign On (SSO) features, as well as delegated administration to increase flexibility and efficiency with the ability to specify the permissions for different administrators.
