DocuTrac, Inc. Launches New Series of Webinars

HAGERSTOWN, Md., April 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- DocuTrac, Inc. a leading developer of software for the behavioral health industry will be offering a new series of webinars for their customers and those interested in their software. The motivation for these new webinars stemmed from the overwhelming success of their Lunch and Learn Series on billing and insurance filing conducted last month by DocuTrac's Billing Advisor and Trainer Heather Painter.

Painter, who organized the webinar series, says that, "In this economy of cost conscious consumers, DocuTrac's customers will benefit from the low cost training that webinars offer. Most sessions are free with the exception of a few that require a nominal fee." The webinars, held by DocuTrac moderators, will include training on specific program functionality; product overviews for new and potential customers; and bi-monthly question and answer sessions on behavioral health billing and insurance practices.

The first webinar scheduled for April 9^th and repeated on April 17^th, will be a free, one hour overview of Office Therapy Practice Management Software for the benefit of new customers and others interested in reviewing the program.  A focused webinar on the Claims Manager 5010 feature in Office Therapy, held April 10^th and April 24^th, will cover administrative set up of Claims Manager and how to batch and file primary and secondary claims, as well as resubmitting claims and viewing claim history. There will also be a short question and answer session. There is a small nominal fee for the webinar.

Other free sessions include an overview of QuicDoc Professional Software for clinical records which is held twice during the month, a QuicDoc and Office Therapy Cloud Presentation, and a bi-monthly question and answer session on Office Therapy Billing.
