Dodge Brand and Locklear Chrysler Jeep Dodge Help Raise Money for Hillcrest High School

TUSCALOOSA, Ala., April 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Dodge Brand and Locklear Chrysler Jeep Dodge will team up with Hillcrest High School for a Dodge Booster Club Fundraiser on May 2nd, 2011 at a spring football game at Hillcrest High School. Everyone in the community is invited to come out to test drive the new Dodge Durango, Journey or Grand Caravan to earn a donation from Dodge for the Hillcrest High School football booster club.

Since 1993, Dodge has supported schools in communities across the country with popular school programs, such as the Dodge Booster Club Fundraiser.  With the cooperation of local dealers like Locklear Chrysler Jeep Dodge here in Tuscaloosa, more than $4 million has been raised for local schools and student enrichment programs. The Dodge Booster Club Fundraiser event on each person who takes a brief test drive at the event, Dodge will donate $20 to Hillcrest High School football booster club. Locklear Chrysler Jeep Dodge will provide vehicles, and dealership staff will be on hand to assist with the fundraising test drives.

The Dodge Booster Club Fundraiser not only helps Hillcrest High School, it's a fun and friendly opportunity to check out the exciting new vehicles from Dodge. From the new fuel-efficient powertrains to dramatic improvements in interior quality, the changes are amazing.
