LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Donan Engineering Co., Inc. today announced plans to further expand their forensic engineering and fire investigation operations in Iowa with a new office location in Des Moines. Donan will begin offering forensic investigative services from the new location on May 1, 2011. This office expansion will give Donan Engineering a second office in the state of Iowa, as the firm currently operates an office in Davenport.
"We are committed to being the leading forensic engineering provider in the United States, and that commitment includes being a leader in key strategic markets such as Iowa," says Kevin B. Abell, Donan Engineering's chief sales and marketing officer. "Donan Engineering has always believed in being a local provider with a local presence in the communities that we serve. Our clients consistently require quick response times to loss scenes, and this is one of the key reasons that we want to be there locally. We clearly understand that one of our key responsibilities to our customers is that our services must make their jobs easier in order for them to best be able to serve their customers. By opening a second location in Iowa, we will be able to better serve our customers with an increased workload capacity throughout the entire state and by improving our response times to loss locations."
Abell went on to say, "Our initial office opening in Davenport has been a very successful venture for our organization, and it has allowed us to learn more about the needs throughout the rest of the state for forensic investigative services. We strive to be a strategic partner with our clients, and as a strategic partner, we are always listening to better understand their needs and wants. It is with this enhanced understanding that we are able to determine what areas would most benefit from having our services available at a local level. Iowa is a very exciting state for our firm, as we know clients there will value our unwavering commitment to providing conclusive, accurate, and unbiased services on each project we are assigned."
