On July 10, Mr. Li Chunrong, the vice president of Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle Company, led the motorcade of Dongfeng S30 and H30 vehicles on a drive from Cape Town's landmark - Table Mountain - to the Cape of Good Hope, demonstrating the excellent quality of Chinese vehicles and attracting attention from the South African and local overseas Chinese.

Before reaching South Africa, the Dongfeng S30 and H30 completed a journey of 15,773km, passing through 31 cities in 12 countries during over 50 days. They have created a repair-less legend in a 15,000km intercontinental expedition. Starting from Shanghai on May 15, Dongfeng's expedition to "Explore the World" traveled through China, Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, France and Spain; and its route covered Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Nanjing, Hefei, Nanyang, Xi'an, Lanzhou, Jiayuguan, Hami, Urumqi, Horgos, Alma-Ata, Karaganda, Qostanay, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Moscow, Minsk, Warsaw, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Venice, Milan, Turin, Berne, Paris, Bordeaux and Barcelona. In Barcelona, the expedition ended its journey in Eurasia and then drove straight to Africa.
