Donna Cochran Receives Highest Title Industry Designation
FORT WORTH, Texas, June 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- First Western Title congratulates Donna Cochran on being credentialed as a Certified Title Insurance Associate (CTIA), the highest professional designation for title professionals in the State of Texas. "CTIA is designed for title professionals with experience and knowledge in both escrow/settlement and examination/abstract areas. The CESA or CAEA designation is a prerequisite; however title professionals currently working in the title business for 10+ consecutive years may elect to bypass the CESA or CAEA designations and sit for the CTIA test if they meet the points criteria," according to the Texas Land Title Association Web site. Calculated into the points total for CTIA certification is education, industry work experience and industry participation.
