MONTREAL, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Dorel Industries Inc. (TSX: DII.B DII.A) today announced it has declared its regular quarterly dividend of US$0.15 per share on the outstanding number of the Company's Class A Multiple Voting Shares, Class B Subordinate Voting Shares and Deferred Share Units. The dividend is payable on March 17, 2011 to shareholders of record as at the close of business on March 3, 2011.
