("Douglas") today announced that is has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The offered shares will be sold by Douglas and certain of its stockholders. Douglas plans to apply to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
