Douglas Sbertoli named VP -- Corporate Counsel

A graduate of the University of Virginia who earned a law degree at the College of William and Mary's Marshall-Wythe School of Law, Sbertoli has advised public and private companies through mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, real estate, environmental matters, securities offerings, and other business initiatives.
