In response to growing North American demand for data centre services, the expansion will feature two new data halls on the Spencer Building's sixth floor, offering a total of 5 MW of power and 23,000 square feet of contiguous space. This power is in addition to the existing 3 MW being consumed by existing data centre business in Harbour Centre.
