Dr. Babak Farzaneh Takes Home Two Prestigious Awards from THE Aesthetic Show 2016

One of the biggest shows in the industry, this year's event was held at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas, NV from July 7-10, 2016. Thousands of leaders in the aesthetics field gathered at the show to discuss the latest technological advancements in cosmetic care and to recognize a select group of physicians who have achieved superior patient results. The awards ceremony showcased the very best procedural outcomes by medical aesthetic physicians, and contestants were judged solely on the quality of their enhancements. 

Dr. Babak Farzaneh of TrueCare Cosmetic Surgery & MedSpa in Chino Hills was the big winner this year, taking home both the Best Overall Patient Enhancement Award and the Best Non-Surgical Rejuvenation Award.

Dr. Farzaneh won by submitting two different patient results to the panel of judges. The first featured a 69-year-old woman who came to him with sagging breasts and loose abdominal skin that made her feel self-conscious about her body. "By removing the unwanted skin around her midsection, augmenting her breasts and re-contouring the entire area, I was able to create a sculpted silhouette that she's extremely proud of," says Dr. Farzaneh.

The second patient was a 57-year-old woman who suffered from damaged neck and facial skin. "This patient had extensive wrinkling and texture issues that added years to her appearance," says Dr. Farzaneh. "Using the Mixto CO2 fractional laser, I was able to restore a smoother and younger-looking complexion without surgery. This enhancement has made a tremendous difference in her life, positively influencing her personal and professional relationships, and improving her self-confidence."
