NEW YORK, Jan. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. David Greuner and Dr. Adam Tonis, co-founders of NYC Surgical Associates and DGAT Medical Management are pleased to announce that their affiliate, Centers for Special Surgery ("CSS"), has signed an agreement to acquire a 90% interest in an ambulatory surgery center whereby the individual members of CSS will become licensed by the New York State Department of Health in their individual capacities. The 5,000 square foot Class C single operating room ambulatory surgery center ("ASC") is located in Rockland County, NY.
Completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of New York State's Public Health and Health Planning Council and the New York State Department of Health.
