Dr. Sears Family Essentials Secures $5.6 Million in Funding

IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Sears Family Essentials, a functional food and beverage company rooted in the collective expertise of the Sears Family of Pediatricians, today announced that it has secured $5.6 million in funding from Intuitive Venture Partners, LLC. The new capital will be used to fuel company growth and support branding initiatives to accelerate awareness for Dr. Sears Family Essentials' doctor-formulated, kid-approved line of 100 percent all-natural snacks, beverages and supplements.
