Dreams 2 Life, Inc. wishes to continue their mission of engaging, equipping and empowering youth with dreams of entrepreneurship and leadership to become key contributors, brilliant servant-leaders, and problem solvers in their communities and beyond.
This Fall, D2L will launch their inaugural D.I.C.E Academy, which stands for Design, Innovation, Creativity, and Evaluation. This entrepreneurial-based afterschool program will introduce new ways of thinking about leadership through the lens of real-world and project-based, professional experiences.
Middle school students enrolled in the program will be immersed in a culture that ignites passion in students to reach for their goals and think outside the box. The project-based, team-oriented program is designed to inspire the participants to break the cycle of systemic poverty and socioeconomic inequity.
"The students will become fiscally responsible and empowered to reciprocate by giving back to their communities," said Kathleen T. Lindsay, the visionary and Executive Director of Dreams 2 Life.
