NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., Sept. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dreamscapes International Properties, Inc. ("DIP"), announced today that it has retained the Certified Public Accounting Firm of Rattray & Associates, CPA, to become a fully audited company.
Rattray & Associates CPA provides comprehensive accounting and auditing services to non-profit, public, private and government organizations across the United States. Rattray & Associates is also PCAOB Accredited.
The PCAOB is a nonprofit corporation established by Congress to oversee the audits of public companies in order to protect the interests of investors and further the public interest in the preparation of informative, accurate and independent audit reports. The PCAOB also oversees the audits of broker-dealers, including compliance reports filed pursuant to federal securities laws, to promote investor protection.

Dreamscapes International Properties, Inc. ("DIP") is an international property developer that has acquired International Consortiums, Inc., a Florida corporation which owns 99.5% of Dreamscapes of Belize, Ltd., a Belize corporation ("DOB"). DOB is the owner and developer of 563 contiguous acres in the Stann Creek District of Belize, Central America (1.4 miles from the Ocean), which have been subdivided into 1,043 ¼ acre and 1/3 acre lots.
