HOUSTON, May 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Dresser-Rand Group Inc. ("Dresser-Rand" or the "Company") (NYSE: DRC), a global supplier of rotating equipment and aftermarket parts and services, announced today that the Company will present at Barclays Americas Select Franchise Conference on Tuesday, May 21, 2013. Vincent R. Volpe Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer, will participate in the conference at the Langham Hotel, 1c Portland Place, London W1B 1JA.
