Drillinginfo Appoints Scott Sachs to Board of Directors

AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Drillinginfo Inc., the leading SaaS and data analytics company for energy exploration decision support, today announced the appointment of Scott Sachs to its board of directors. In this role, Sachs will bring his extensive unconventional play experience to Drillinginfo's team, focused on growing the company's comprehensive analytics capabilities for the oil and gas industry.

Sachs has more than 27 years of leadership experience in the oil and gas industry, and has held E&P portfolio growth and development roles at Chesapeake Energy and Marathon Oil Company. He currently sits on the American Association of Petroleum Geologists Corporate Advisory Board.
