DS Services, Owner of the Crystal Springs® Bottled Water Brand, Acquires the Business of Delaware-Based Pine Mountain Springs

ATLANTA, Sept. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- DS Services of America, Inc. (DS Services), owner of the Crystal Springs® bottled water brand, has acquired the business of Pine Mountain Springs based in Newark, Delaware.  The acquisition enhances DS Services' market position in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania, and provides additional beverage selections for Pine Mountain Springs' customers where they live, work and play. 

Pine Mountain Springs' customers will be able to order a variety of new products, including sparkling water, coffee and tea selections, plus manage their account and delivery schedule online.  "We will work to ensure a smooth transition, and look forward to serving these new customers at their homes and offices," said Bill Logan, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Northern Division, DS Services.
