CHICAGO, June 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Duff & Phelps Select Energy MLP Fund Inc. (NYSE: DSE) and Virtus Global Multi-Sector Income Fund (NYSE: VGI) today announced the results of the joint annual meeting of shareholders held on June 2, 2016.

Thomas F. Mann was re-elected as Class I Director of Duff & Phelps Select Energy MLP Fund Inc. and as a Class I Trustee of the Virtus Global Multi Sector Income Fund, each for a term of three years or until his successor has been duly elected and qualified.
