Duff & Phelps Select Energy MLP Fund, Virtus Global Multi-Sector Income Fund and Virtus Total Return Fund Announce Results of Joint Annual Meeting of Shareholders

HARTFORD, Conn., June 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Duff & Phelps Select Energy MLP Fund Inc. (NYSE: DSE), Virtus Global Multi-Sector Income Fund (NYSE: VGI), and Virtus Total Return Fund (NYSE: DCA) today announced the results of the joint annual meeting of shareholders held on June 4, 2015.

Philip R. McLoughlin and George R. Aylward were re-elected as Class III and Class I Directors of Virtus Global Multi Sector Income Fund and Virtus Total Return Fund, respectively, to terms of three years or until their successors have been duly elected and qualified for each board. Thomas F. Mann was elected as Class I Director, William R. Moyer and James M. Oates were elected as Class II Directors, and Philip R. McLoughlin and George R. Aylward were elected as Class III Directors of Duff & Phelps Select Energy MLP Fund Inc. to serve for one, two and three years, respectively, or until their successors have been duly elected and qualified.
