Dunkin' Donuts Multi-Unit Franchisee Selects R.J. Brunelli As Exclusive Tenant Rep For 3 NJ Counties

OLD BRIDGE, N.J., April 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Retail leasing specialist R.J. Brunelli & Co., LLC, today announced that it has been appointed exclusive tenant representative in Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex counties by a major, multi-unit franchisee for that area.

According to R.J. Brunelli account manager Patti Fiore, the franchisee plans to open five locations per year in the three-county region. The company currently operates 29 Dunkin' Donut locations in New Jersey and 18 in Wisconsin.

The company generally seeks 2,000- to 2,200 square-foot, freestanding or end-cap units suitable for a drive-thru window in locations with a minimum average daily traffic count of 20,000. "Suburban sites should be located on the morning commute side of the road and offer strong vehicular visibility, with no obstructions that could impact customer reaction time," said Ms. Fiore. "Sites must also provide easy ingress and egress, with no more than two turns in or out, and a minimum of 18 parking spaces."

In turn, strong pedestrian visibility is required for central business district locations, she added.
