Defendant Bovim is former co-founder of Gibraltar Associates, LLC which was sold to McBee Strategic, LLC in January of 2013. Bovim is currently Managing Director of the combined firm McBee Strategic and Gibraltar, which was subsequently sold in December of 2014 to the law firm Wiley-Rein, LLP and is the new "parent" company to McBee Strategic. |

Defendant McBee left his firm after the sale in December and after announcing he was being named to the newly created position of President and CEO of NRG Home, a New York Stock Exchange listed company. |
