As DWA enters its 21st year, the agency's founder David Wood, has decided to ascend to the role of Chairman of the agency to lead the strategic direction, appointing Bob Ray to manage the agency's day-to-day operations.
The change of operational leadership is a direct reflection of the agency's ongoing commitment to align its operations to the changing roles and responsibilities of the CMO. Bob joined DWA in 2012 after spending almost a decade at a creative agency. He spent his prior years as a client-side marketer for several Fortune 500 technology companies. Bob has been responsible for building the DWA Americas region and helping fuel the agency's dynamic growth. He has successfully developed relationships and helped to win business with some of the agency's most high-profile clients, across a wide variety of technology sectors, and established a new focus on data driven marketing.
