Dycom Industries, Inc. Receives Verizon 2012 Award For Supplier Diversity
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., May 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) announced today that Verizon Communications Inc. has recognized its outstanding efforts in incorporating minority-and women-owned suppliers into Dycom's supply chain. For 2012, Dycom increased its Tier 2 diversity spend on Verizon's behalf by over 100 percent. At a ceremony on May 14, 2013, Dycom's Chief Operating Officer, Tim Estes, received Verizon's award for "Performance Excellence – Supplier Diversity 2012."
