Dynasty Limousine Inc. Named a National Top Three Finalist for 2012 Limousine Operator of the Year; Provides Update on Company Events

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dynasty Limousine Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DNYS), a full service Luxury Transportation and Limousine firm covering the southeast United States, has been named one of three finalists for the Livery industry's top award.  LCT Magazine chooses the three top companies that represent the best in service, safety, and overall performance for their annual Limousine Operator of the Year award.

2011 Annual Report

The annual report is being finalized and will be posted on the OTC Markets website on or about February 15, 2012.  An attorney opinion letter regarding the annual report will be filed shortly thereafter.

Forward Split Information

Dynasty Limousine is executing a forward split on its common stock. This action is being taken to provide a more stable trading range for its shares given the low amount of DNYS stock available in the market. The actual split ratio is being voted on this week by the majority shareholders, and details regarding this action will be disclosed in a matter of days.  The company is currently working with its Securities Consul on the forward split, and key dates along with other pertinent information will be made public in the next press release.
