EagleRider Rolls Out Agent Interface for Travel Agents and Tour Operators To Increase Efficiency

HAWTHORNE, Calif., March 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- EagleRider, the world's largest motorcycle rental, tours, sales and service company, is launching Agent Interface for its travel partners. Agent Interface is a dashboard granting EagleRider partnered travel agents and tour operators access to make real time motorcycle rental reservations in EagleRider's rental system. EagleRider is partnered with hundreds of travel companies worldwide; because of this, EagleRider has an account management team dedicated to maintaining service and administrative work. Agent Interface is the first step toward building greater efficiency and convenience between EagleRider and its partners.

Prior to this, there was a manual entry process for travel company reservations coming into EagleRider. Agent Interface will cut this existing bottleneck and lag time, giving agents direct access to real time rental rates and reservation entry. This convenience will alleviate much of the waiting time, allowing travel companies to process transactions for customers right away. While, ultimately saving time and minimizing double work or confusion, Agent Interface will also offer a few additional features that will benefit the partner, from payment methods to exchange rate options.
