EarthLink Prices $300 Million of 7.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2020

ATLANTA, May 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- EarthLink, Inc. (NASDAQ: ELNK) today announced it has priced its previously announced offering of senior notes. EarthLink is offering $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.375% senior notes due 2020 to "qualified institutional buyers" as defined in Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933 (the "Securities Act") and outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S under the Securities Act. The issue price of the notes will be 100% of the principal amount of the notes.

The net proceeds from the offering will be used, together with cash on hand, to purchase or redeem all of the 10.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2016 of ITC^DeltaCom, Inc. (EarthLink's wholly owned subsidiary) on or shortly after the closing of the offering.

The closing of this offering is expected to occur on or about May 29, 2013, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
