EarthLink Releases New Feature-Rich myLink® Customer Portal at Gartner Symposium/ITxpo

(NASDAQ: ELNK), a leading managed network and cloud solutions provider for multi-location businesses, today announced the launch of its innovative, next-generation myLink^® customer portal at the 2014 Gartner Symposium/ITxpo, Booth # 1120. The new myLink customer portal is a secure, essential business tool that provides a centralized, full-service, integrated gateway into each client's EarthLink account and infrastructure.

Unlike competitors' portals, myLink's proprietary technology and architecture innovations feature exclusive, new 'control point' design, providing customers with convenient access to all data, voice and IT services tools in one single, pane-of-glass view. In addition, customizable dashboards enable clients to pull forward and organize the data and alerts they use the most, including an array of self-service applications, reporting and management features. Role-based views geared toward executive, financial, network or IT managers further customize the application, and new responsive design provides for optimal viewing via desktop, laptop and tablet devices. EarthLink designed the next-generation portal with its customers in mind, holding focus groups to engage them in the development process and trialing the site during stages of its development. One such customer, Thos. Somerville Co., a large regional distributor of plumbing and HVAC supplies, was a beta tester and early adopter, and provided direct feedback to the development team to ensure  that the portal would include the features, tools and functionality to help make their job and management of their IT infrastructure simpler.
