  For the first time in more than two decades, FDA has updated the Nutrition Facts label found on most food packages in the U.S. which will require updating an estimated 800,000 labels. The new regulations change mandatory nutrients, added sugars, dietary fiber, folate, formatting and some food serving sizes.
