Smith offers vast experience in C-level leadership roles, evidenced by his recent service as president and CEO at Jo-Ann Stores, LLC from 2011 to 2014 where he led the organization through strategic growth online and in physical retail locations. He currently serves as a Director on the board for Zumiez, and as a Director on the board for Pendleton Woolen Mills, a privately held American textile manufacturing company. Smith is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communication.
EASi Co-founder Ben Koberna, who has served in the role since 2007, will continue his focus on business expansion through national as well as international sales for the company.
