East Coast Wings + Grill Launches System-Wide School Supply Drive

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., Aug. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- In preparation for back-to-school season, East Coast Wings + Grill will be launching a series of initiatives throughout August to help source local schools and prepare children nationwide for the upcoming school year.

Through August 20, all East Coast Wings + Grill locations nationwide will be hosting a school supply drive. Community members are encouraged to visit their nearest location and bring in school supplies such as backpacks, rulers, notepads, pens, binders, etc. to donate. All guests who contribute to the drive will be graciously thanked and awarded with a free basket of East Coast Wings + Grill's homemade chips to begin their dining experience. Toward the end of the month, each East Coast Wings + Grill location will gather up all donations and bring them to a local school in need.

In addition to the school supply drive, the East Coast Wings + Grill team will be sponsoring five local classrooms in Bartlett and Johnson City, Tenn.; Winston-Salem, N.C.; Orlando, Fla. and Philadelphia. Each teacher will receive $1,000 to spend on supplies and all pupils will receive a backpack fully equipped with school supply essentials for the upcoming year.
