Eastmark Ranked Among Top 10, Best-Selling Master-Planned Communities in U.S. in 2015

MESA, Ariz., Jan. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- According to new reports released by real estate industry analysts RCLCO and John Burns Real Estate Consulting, Eastmark in Mesa, Ariz. ranks #7 and #8 among top selling, master-planned communities in the nation for 2015. The fast-growing community, which focuses on embracing innovations in technology, education, business, lifestyle and connected healthy living, more than doubled its 2014 sales.

Eastmark's outdoor concert series is one of the more than 100 events and programs residents and surrounding Southeast Valley communities enjoy every year at Eastmark in Mesa, Ariz., ranked the 7th and 8th top-selling master-planned community in the nation for 2015.

The community splash pad at Eastmark is a popular amenity in this Arizona neighborhood. A community pool will be opening to Eastmark residents in 2016.

Eastmark, by developer DMB was the top selling master planned community in Arizona and the only one from the state to break the top 10 in the national rankings.

The nearly five-square-mile community opened in 2013 and has more than 2,000 residents. Located in a tech corridor with technology, aviation, healthcare and education as the region's growing employment sectors, Eastmark representatives work alongside Southeast Valley leaders to draw high-profile employers to the area. DMB was instrumental in helping attract Apple to the community in 2015.
