- easyFairs Half-Year Financial Statement Shows Strong Growth for Coming 18 Months

easyFairs, Europe's leading organiser of time & cost-effective trade shows, has forecast a 20% increase in its annual revenues for 2010-2011 to EUR33.5 million, compared with EUR27.9 million for 2009-2010. The increase reflects both organic growth and the company's recent acquisitions, notably the purchase of Belgian trade show organiser Fairtec.

"We have every reason to feel confident in the company's strong organic growth for the future after 2 years of controlled development," commented easyFairs Chief Executive Officer Jean-Francois Quentin. "Based on the very strong rebookings we have experienced at our recent shows, we also forecast a 20% increase in the volume of sales for the financial year commencing 1 July, 2011. Our aim is to reach EUR50 million revenue by 2014 through organic growth and acquisition."

easyFairs was founded in 2004 and has enjoyed rapid organic growth, representing over 90% of its total business. Additionally, easyFairs is in advanced discussions with a number of companies for targeted acquisitions in industries including industrial technologies, construction, information technology and hospitality sectors.
