Eaton Partners Acts as Exclusive Placement Agent for First Infrastructure Capital Advisors to Raise $1 Billion

(NYSE: SF) is pleased to announce it assisted First Infrastructure Capital Advisors, LLC (First Infrastructure) in securing $1 billion of capital commitments for infrastructure investments focused on the energy, utility, and communications sectors. An additional $2 billion of capacity is also available to invest on a non-discretionary basis alongside investments made with its available capital.
