Eaton Vance Management International Announces Management Appointments
BOSTON, Feb. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Eaton Vance Corp. (NYSE: EV) announced today that Duncan Hodnett has joined Eaton Vance Management International as Business Development Director for the United Kingdom, and Pepijn Heins has been named Head of Business Development, Europe. Both positions are based in London.
Mr. Hodnett is responsible for business development and management of key institutional relationships in the U.K., reporting to Mr. Heins. He joins Eaton Vance from Macquarie Bank, where he served most recently as senior vice president responsible for distribution to corporate and local government institutions across the U.K. Prior to joining Macquarie Bank in 2007, he was with BT Financial Group in Sydney, Australia, responsible for institutional sales and consultant relations. He began his career in 1995 as director of operations for Congdon in Sydney. Mr. Hodnett earned a master of management degree from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, London.
Mr. Heins joined Eaton Vance Management International a year ago as International Business Development Director. In his new position, he continues to be responsible for business development and management of key institutional relationships in Northern Europe, while overseeing a five-person team responsible for sales activities throughout Europe. Mr. Heins continues to report to Niall Quinn, managing director of Eaton Vance Management International.
