Eco Building Products, Inc. Announces Appointment of Randy Smith as CFO
Mr. Smith is an accomplished CPA and mid-market CFO having led a number of restructurings, recapitalizations, and strategic buy-outs.
Mr. Smith started his career as an auditor with KPMG whose clients included Revlon, US Airways, and the Jack in the Box chain of restaurants.
VISTA, Calif., Aug. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Eco Building Products, Inc., (OTC: ECOB) announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Randy Smith as the Company's CFO. Mr. Smith has assisted companies with all aspects of strategic business planning, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, and business restructuring. He has expertise in international business, publicly-traded companies and new product introductions. Mr. Smith started his career as an auditor KPMG and achieved the level of Senior Audit Manager. He managed several initial public offerings and two $300 million public bond offerings. Clients included Revlon, US Airways, and the Jack in the Box chain of restaurants.
