Mr. Smith has assisted companies with all aspects of strategic business planning, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, and business restructuring. He has expertise in international business, publicly-traded companies and new product introductions. Mr. Smith started his career as an auditor KPMG and achieved the level of Senior Audit Manager. He managed several initial public offerings and two $300 million public bond offerings. Clients included Revlon, US Airways, and the Jack in the Box chain of restaurants.

Mr. Smith is an accomplished CPA and mid-market CFO having led a number of recapitalizations, and strategic buy-outs.
