Eco Building Products, Inc. Establishes Additional New York Stocking Dealer

VISTA, Calif., Feb. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Eco Building Products, Inc., (PINK: ECOB) announced today that family-owned, third generation Lumber and Building Materials Company, Ozone Park Lumber www.neweralumber.com, has been selected and established as an Eco Red Shield Advanced Framing Lumber Stocking Dealer supported by Eco's wholesale distribution relationship with Sherwood Lumber. The establishment of Ozone Park Lumber as a Stocking Dealer will enable Eco Building Products to better serve the ever increasing demand for the Company's protected lumber products which is at an all-time high. Additionally and in response to the blossoming demand, the Company has completed design and engineering for automated equipment that will produce 10 times the volume of the current manual equipment with plans to install this high-speed machinery in core ECOB facilities in the Northeast and Pacific Northwest.

Eco Building Products, Inc. is confident that the Eco/Sherwood distribution relationship will pave the way for multiple lumberyard Stocking Dealer opportunities supported by Sherwood's plans to build commodity inventories in ECOB's core facilities in the Northeast. As such, Eco Building Products will be able to focus more on the production of finished goods and supply chain management, but more importantly, just-in-time framing packages serving the Company's growing customer base. ECOB's shift in services to Coating Services Only (CSO) in the Northeast region has been an integral component of the Company's business plan since inception.
