Eco Building Products, Inc. Files 10-K for FY 2015

Eco Building Products, Inc., (PINK: ECOB) announced today that it has filed the Company's Fiscal 2015 10K.  

ECO CFO, Randy Smith, stated, "The annual report was delayed due to an extensive review by the new management and the new Board of Directors to assure full disclosure and accuracy."  

Financial highlights of the 10K are as follows:

• Revenues and Cost of Sales - For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2015 Eco had total revenues from continuing operations of $2,090,084, as compared to $1,188,005 in revenues for the previous year.  Increase in revenue was primarily due to sales to The Home Depot, cost of sales for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2015 and June 30, 2014 was $3,164,324 and $2,553,612, respectively. The gross loss was reduced from $1,365,607 to $1,074,240 for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2014 and June 30, 2015.

• Operating Expenses - For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2015, total operating expenses were significantly reduced to $2,862,767 from $5,094,225 for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014. The main change in operating expenses is contributed to a reduction in employee head count and other cost reduction measures taken in FQ4.

• Other Income (Expenses) - For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2015, total interest expense was $1,908,748 primarily representing interest on the convertible notes and interest to secured promissory note holders. The Company recognized $18,584,275 gain on derivative due to change in the fair value of the derivative liability for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2015.

• As a result of these factors, Net income was $99,871 in 2015 as compared to a net loss of $28,940,499 in 2014.
