VISTA, Calif., June 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Eco Building Products, Inc., (PINK: ECOB) announced that Steve Conboy, Chairman and CEO of Eco Building Products, Inc. has decided to step down as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company, Lead Independent Director, Gerry Czarnecki, announced today.
"Steve has built this company with breakthrough products, his sheer will and the spirit of his team," Gerry Czarnecki said. "He has powered through a lot of obstacles to get the company where it is today. He, of course, will remain an important stockholder of Eco, and in that role will stand to benefit from the long-term success of the company." Czarnecki added, "After seven years of building this Company, Steve has determined it is now time to pass the baton on to new leadership. While we will miss him greatly, we do respect his decision.
