Eco Building Products Receives Additional Release For Thirteen Homes From Heritage Building and Development, Inc.
Heritage Building and Development, Inc Continue to Employ Smart Components® In Casita De Avila Project
VISTA, Calif., June 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Eco Building Products, Inc. (OTCBB: ECOB) announced today the Company has been awarded an additional production release, representing over $314,000.00 in additional contract gross revenue, for ECOB to supply Eco Red Shield™ coated lumber, labor and trusses for a development of homes at Heritage Building and Development projects in Otay Mesa, Chula Vista California. E Build & Truss, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Eco Building Products, was awarded the framing contract with the inclusion of Eco Red Shield lumber, labor and truss package for the entire community of Casita De Avila. The Company has successfully coordinated with Heritage Building and Development to design in Smart Components® seismic shear walls for all homes located at the Casitas De Avila development. Phase four represents the second release to utilize Smart Components®.
Eco Building Products has several contracts with home builders currently in similar sales - release cycles. Southern California home builders seem to be leading the country in sales as purchase orders continue trending upwards in a positive direction. The Company has received very positive feedback from homebuilders willing to consider and design-in Smart Components® as they see the value proposition these technical advanced building materials offer the homeowners.
