(OTCQB: ECOB) announced today the Company has been notified that the Wells Eason development in West Lancaster, California is now ready to proceed with construction of three model homes for the Desert Crest Project in West Lancaster, CA. The project is currently underway with concrete being poured now for the first three [model] homes, with forty-one (41) additional production units to follow shortly thereafter. Desert Crest is a unique project consisting of two phases, all of which will be supplied by ECOB through a distribution partner in Southern California. "If sales are good, the developer is hoping to add twenty-two (22) additional homes ranging from 2,100 to 2,700 square feet with a targeted sales price from the mid $300,000s, with expectations to sell out the first phase within six to eight months," cited Andrew J. Desert Crest development is one of the few remaining new home developments available in Lancaster due to the water district not issuing any new water permits for new home builder tracts.
