(OTCBB: EVGI) who has signed a "Plan of Merger Agreement" with Modern Renewable Technologies, Inc. and anticipates the business combination to be completed in the near future but has not completed the acquisition at this time, is pleased to provide a company overview and new business direction.

The Company's Eco Minerals Recovery Group, through a strategic joint venture with Raptor Technology Group, focuses on the extraction of precious metals including gold, silver, platinum, palladium and rare earth elements from reclaimed mine tailings. Using patent pending and proprietary high-yield, low-cost processes, the company projects to recover over 60% of available ore from primary sources and mine waste heaps sourced throughout the Americas.  The group is in the process of manufacturing a facility to process 5,000 tons of ore per year.

The Company's Eco Energy Group will produce advanced biodiesel in its soon to be completed 3,600,000 gallon per plant.  The biodiesel plant will use reclaimed cooking oils know as yellow grease and virgin oils to produce ASTM certified quality biodiesel.

Lastly, the Company's Eco Growers Group will grow fast growing, high oil content plants including castor bean, soy bean in Panama for biofuel feedstock to give the Company an edge in the global biofuels market, serving as the internal insurance policy against a volatile global biodiesel feedstock market. By directly providing a cost-effective feedstock, Eco Growers Group will insulate the Eco Energy Group from production freezes due to shortages or from feedstock prices that are too high to maintain cost-effective biodiesel production.

Eco Ventures Group, Inc. facilities include a 22,000 square foot building in Groveland, Florida that houses the biodiesel production facility, warehouse and office space.  Additionally, EVG has an 11,000 square foot building in Groveland that houses the mineral recovery plant, warehouse space and corporate offices.
