The new "Alerts" tool was designed to notify contractors the moment an equipment outage has occurred and the Comprehensive HVAC Reports, accessible through the portal, provide the contractor insight into their customers' HVAC equipment performance. The "Equipment Details" view allows contractors to see the make and model of their customers' HVAC equipment to ensure they have the right parts and tools for the service call. The "Service Reminder" tool allows contractors to automatically send branded service reminders to their customers according to the contractors preferred service schedule. This means that contractors can balance their work load over the year.
