EcoBlu Confirms Additional Product Contract Orders, Phase Three of Santa Rita Home Development

VISTA, Calif., June 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- EcoBlu Products, Inc. (OTCBB: ECOB) announced today it has been awarded another nine home contracts to supply all framing lumber components and trusses with Red Shield™ Protected Lumber employing our Wood Surface Film™ technology.  The contracts are for the Santa Rita production homes being built by Heritage in the planned community of Otay Ranch in Chula Vista, California. ECOB is currently shipping product for phase two of Santa Rita and Casita De Avila projects and is now under contract for shipment of the nine homes, estimated in July, 2011. This follow on order represents nine new lots with estimated gross revenues, for ECOB, in excess of $148,000.00 dollars.

The first neighborhood referred to as Casita De Avila contains 61 lots with an average home size of 1,900 square feet. The second neighborhood referred to as Santa Rita is 55 homes with an average home size of 2,500 square feet.  These are developments by Heritage Building and Development, an independent company. ECOB continues to service part of the construction needs of Heritage Building and Development with value added lumber products.
