EcoBlu Products Announces Affiliate Applicator in Austin Texas

VISTA, Calif., Feb. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- EcoBlu Products, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: ECOB) announced today that the company has finalized an Affiliate, Purchase, Distribution & Services Agreement with Guthrie Lumber & Distribution Company.  Under the terms of the agreement Guthrie will produce ECOB Good Wood™ products in the Austin Texas facility with the rights to distribute lumber into the entire market. Austin, Texas is a leading market to embrace today's building practices enabling Guthrie to offer Fire, Mold, Wood Rot and Termite protection on lumber products to the local region. Additionally, the agreement calls for Guthrie to stock and distribute ECOB engineered wood products and all future private label ECOB products.

A successful roll out of our Patent Pending WoodSurfaceFilm™ treatment requires the product availability in strategic locations around the country. This facility in Austin Texas is strategically located providing the company the ability to reach the southern markets.  The Companies goal is to make EcoBuilding Products "Good Wood" brand readily available for Big Box and Retail Lumber Companies by providing access to buy full units of all our treated products.
