EcoBlu Products Announces Affiliate Applicator in Virginia

VISTA, Calif., June 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- EcoBlu Products, Inc. (OTCBB: ECOB) announced today the company has finalized a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Structural Technologies, LLC, an established wood coatings applicator located in Doswell, Virginia.  Under the terms of the agreement Structural Technologies will produce ECOB Red Shield™ Protected Lumber products in its Doswell facility with the rights to distribute lumber into the entire market. Structural Technologies has made a conscious decision to embrace the enhanced technology incorporating the Fire, Mold, Wood Rot and Termite protection that ECOB products offer the market at competitive pricing.

Additionally, Structural Technologies will produce Red Shield™ coated lumber for ECOB's customers while Structural Technologies incorporates the Red Shield™ coatings into its core business of pre-fabricated roof, wall and floor assemblies.  Other attributes of the MOU allow for ECOB to leverage Structural Technologies' expertise in wall and floor panel pre fabrication to supply anticipated worldwide distribution of ECOB Designed housing projects.  A successful roll out of our Patent Pending WoodSurfaceFilm™ treatment requires the product availability in strategic locations around the country. Structural Technologies' Doswell facility allows ECOB to broaden our distribution and offer more capacity to service our growing international markets.
